The production of the Spear Tube begins with precision cutting, bending, and expansion laying the foundation for structural integrity. Aobaosi operates two high-performance machines for each process, ensuring consistency and high-volume capability from the very start.

The Body component starts with powerful stamping and precise laser cutting. With 18 stamping machines and 6 laser cutters,
Aobaosi ensures unmatched speed and accuracy-shaping each part to exact specifications while maintaining high production efficiency.

In this phase, the spear tube components are seamlessly fused using high-precision laser welding. With 7 advanced laser welding machines, Aobaosi guarantees strong, clean welds that meet exacting strength and durability standards.

The Body moves into precision drilling, where 5 dedicated machines create accurate openings for seamless assembly. This step ensures each part aligns perfectly – laying the groundwork for flawless final integration.

To ensure optimal cleanliness and performance, each spear tube undergoes ultrasonic cleaning. With 3 specialized machines, this process removes even the finest contaminants—preparing the tubes for flawless assembly and long-term durability.
3 Ultrasonic cleaning
The Body enters high-precision CNC machining, where 74 state-of-the-art machines refine each part to exact dimensions. This phase is key to achieving the tight tolerances and consistent quality that define every Aobaosi spear.

7 Laser welding
To ensure every component is spotless and assembly-ready, the welded bodies undergo ultrasonic cleaning. Using 3 dedicated machines, this process removes microscopic residues and guarantees a pristine finish for maximum performance.

The Spear Tube and Body come together on the assembly line. Precision alignment and secure fitting ensure a seamless connection between both parts—transforming individual components into one integrated, high-performance spear.
